RFID Label Production Scheduler

Job Description: Starport Technologies is looking for a skilled RFID Label Production Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the production of RFID labels in order to meet customer demands and deadlines. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop production schedules for RFID label manufacturing based on customer orders and production capacity.
2. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of RFID labels.
3. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or overages.
4. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
5. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and resolve any production issues or delays.
6. Implement and maintain production planning software or tools to streamline scheduling processes.
7. Prepare and present production reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Knowledge of RFID technology and label production processes is a plus.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
