Starport Technologies' Production Line 1: A Look at the ABG Graphic Omega 16" RFID Converting Platform
At Starport Technologies, LLC., we use state-of-the-art equipment to produce high-quality RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) tags and labels. One of the key pieces of equipment in our production process is our Omega 16" RFID converting platform, which is located on Production Line 1.
Unique converting platform
This unique converting platform, which was designed and manufactured by ABGraphics Intl, is equipped with a multitude of unwind and rewind stations, as well as dual-axis servo-driven rotary die cutting stations. These features allow us to introduce a wide range of face materials and transfer adhesives into the production process, and to precisely place RFID inlays and printed graphics onto the tags.
One of the standout capabilities of the Omega 16" RFID converting platform is its ability to convert non-pressure sensitive inlays into individually die cut, pressure sensitive inlays. This allows us to produce high-quality RFID tags at high speed that are and easy to use.
