ISO 9001 Quality Manager

Starport Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced ISO 9001 Quality Manager to join our team. The ISO 9001 Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. This role requires strong leadership
skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve processes.
• Coordinate with department heads to establish quality objectives and ensure they are communicated and understood across the organization.
• Facilitate management reviews to evaluate the QMS performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and certifications related to ISO 9001.
• Analyze data and metrics to monitor QMS performance and identify trends or issues that require attention.
• Promote a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification preferred.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing audit programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with quality management software is a plus.
